Clementina i Clemenvilla: From November until late February. All come from our country. The Clementina, very sweet, easy to peel, the more appreciated. The Clemenvilla is a little less sweet but produces more juice. The two varieties are not bone. Clementina is consumed much more simply for ease of peel by hand. If we can always serve the variety Clementina.

Ortenique: From February to late April. All come from our country. This variety is similar to Clemenvilla, more juice, but less sweet. Sometime there might be any bones but a few.

Other times: From May to novembre. Mandarins of many varieties from countries such as Chile, Israel, Argentina, ... Mandarins less sweet than those of our country, little demand at this time because there are many other fruits of higher quality.
