White meat is edible and good. Used for stews and soups. It goes down easy.
It has a hat often irregular, with protruding center and dry cuticles with different shades of gray, like velvet. Fibers and usually black scales, especially in the middle. The sheets are dirty white or gray and are spaced. The foot is cylindrical and fibrous. The foot is thin and fibrous and breaks in a flash, flesh, very thin and fragile, just smell.
